FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

IS THERE PARKING NEARBY?

Each apartment comes with two parking spots. One space in our Wright Street parking lot plus one additional offsite parking space. Guest parking is in the City parking deck next door. 

WHAT IS YOUR PET POLICY?
We will consider pets on an individual basis for an additional deposit and fee, but pets are generally discouraged in the building.  

ARE UTILITIES INCLUDED?
Each unit requires an Alabama Power account for electricity. Water and Sewer is provided by the Landlord and included in the monthly rent total.  

IS INTERNET INCLUDED?
Wi-Fi and Charter/Spectrum streaming is provided to each unit for a monthly fee of $80.00. This fee is not included in the monthly rent and will be billing separately. 

HOW DO WE GET MAIL?
Each unit will have a mailbox in the lobby on the ground floor. Packages can also be delivered to the mailboxes (with certain size limitations). 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION?
Smoking is prohibited in the building and in the apartments at all times.   
All our leases are executed in docusign for easy access for all parties.
